You know why I’m happy that a hurricane is about to smash into my state? Because it has meant that for the past day or two, and hopefully the next day or two, the news has been talking about the weather and mayhem and the fire and the brimstone. This has meant there has been far less talking about how a frighteningly high percentage of our citizens are xenophobic, willfully ignorant people, who enjoy spreading lies.
